These terms are an agreement between the organisation that installs or uses Sprint Ledger on a Jira Cloud site ("you") and Yord Soft EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria under EIK 203874601 at 12 Nikolay Liliev St., floor 1, office 2, 1421 Sofia, which publishes it ("we"). They cover the Sprint Ledger app, its documentation and its support. By installing or using the app you accept them on behalf of your organisation; if you do not accept them, do not install it.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sprint Ledger on each Jira Cloud site it is installed on, for your organisation's internal business purposes, for as long as your use is paid for or free under these terms. Everyone who can use that Jira site may use the app there, within the permissions Jira gives them.
You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer the app except as the law expressly allows; sell, rent or make it available to anyone outside your organisation; work around its licensing or its usage limits; or use it in breach of the law or of Atlassian's terms.
Paid subscriptions, evaluations, renewals, invoices and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. The price, and any free tier, are the ones shown on the app's Marketplace listing when you buy or renew.
Before the app is listed on the Marketplace it is available to invited sites as a private beta, free of charge. A beta version is pre-release software: features can change, and a site's history may occasionally need to be read again after an update. When the app is listed, beta sites keep using it free of charge for 60 days from the listing date; after that they need a subscription unless they fall within a free tier.
Your Jira data remains yours. The app processes it only to provide its functions: reconstructing your sprints' history, keeping it current, and showing the results in its fields, JQL functions, gadget and export. It keeps its records in Forge storage that Atlassian provides for your installation, and it sends nothing outside Atlassian. The privacy policy describes what is stored, where, and how to have it deleted. You are responsible for being entitled to process the data in your Jira site, including the account IDs of the people who change your sprints.
Sprint Ledger runs on Atlassian Forge and reads your site through Jira's APIs, so it works within the quotas and limits Atlassian sets for Forge apps (such as invocation time, storage and events) and within Atlassian's API rate limits, some of which are shared by every site the app is installed on. These limits can make the first reconstruction of a large site's history take hours, can delay live updates to the fields and functions, and can pause processing until capacity is available again. The app paces itself to stay within them and resumes on its own. Atlassian may change these limits, and the availability of Jira, Forge and the Marketplace is outside our control; we are not responsible for delays or unavailability they cause.
The app reconstructs each sprint from the history Jira keeps for your issues and applies the definitions documented in How Sprint Ledger counts, including the known differences from Jira's own Sprint Report. Where Jira's history is incomplete, for example because issues were deleted or moved, the results reflect that. Check the results that an important decision depends on.
We provide support as described on the support page. We update the app from time to time to fix problems, keep it secure and add or change features; updates install on your site by themselves, except where Jira asks your administrator to approve new permissions. We describe notable changes in the changelog.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from these terms or your use of the app. Our total liability for all claims arising from them is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it; a subscription ends as the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use describe. We may suspend or end your use if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within 30 days of our notice, or at once where the law or Atlassian requires it. When the app is uninstalled, its fields disappear from Jira and Atlassian deletes the data that belongs to the installation after a short retention period, as the privacy policy describes. Sections 4 to 9 and 12 continue to apply after your use ends.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and a change that reduces your rights takes effect 30 days after we publish it, unless the law requires it sooner. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept it.
What changed on 23 September 2026: our company's full name and registration details, and the contact address, which is now support@dyordanov.com. Nothing else changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
These terms, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use (for purchases) and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the app. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent, except to a successor of your whole business; we may transfer them to a successor who takes over the app.
